Welcome!

Hello, it is a pleasure to meet you!

Since this is my first blog, you’re probably wondering who am I and what do I have to offer to the therapy world, eh? Good questions. Well for starters, I’m Brittany. I have many hats, including mother and wife; but for the purpose of this, I am a therapist!

I have been working within the mental health field for eight years now, in a variety of settings and have loved it all. During this time, I have encountered many different challenges that have allowed me to grow and become aware of areas needing more education and advocacy. So overall, this blog will be for that. I have many loves within the mental health field and this is where I am going to share; whether it be an article about anxiety or about the need to reduce mental health stigma.
